When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the USA and all orders can only be handled and shipped within the USA. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.Â
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 1-3 business days for delivery in the United States. We unfortunately don't ship and deliver to customers outside the United States.
Whats the return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Please contact us at our email if seeking to return a product.
